Our story

Technology should make work easier, not harder.

Inayah Consulting began with a simple frustration: watching good businesses buy great software, then struggle because nobody took the time to understand how they actually work. Before Inayah, our Principal Consultant Paul Bharti spent years delivering technology change for organisations like BT, Westpac, HSBC, McKinsey and PwC. He saw the same lesson everywhere: the process has to come first.

Today we bring that discipline to growing businesses. We sit with your team, map how work really flows, and only then design Zoho around it. Many of our clients come to us after an offshore or DIY setup that didn’t stick, and the most rewarding part of our work is the moment a team stops fighting their system and starts trusting it.

We are based in Sydney and work with clients across Australia, the US, UK and Canada. You work directly with a senior consultant from first call to go-live.
